That being said, it should not be used in very small environments, as the cost for Microsoft Server for a small organization (under 25) is too much compared to a hosted platform. There is only one problem. The maintenance that is required as the organization grows can be difficult to keep up with (offline mailbox defragmenting).

Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single User CAL - Open License is currently being used by our entire organization for e-mail communication. We also use Microsoft server for scheduling purposes within Outlook and for keeping track of contacts using Exchange ActiveSync. We recently also began using the built-in Windows archiving feature, which has worked wonderfully at helping some of our users keep a better handle on their mailbox sizes.

Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single User CAL - Open License Provides a platform that easily integrates with other Microsoft products, namely Outlook. The amazing program i got from Tech Supply Shop in mere 20 minutes also provides built-in Exchange Mailbox archiving solutions that are easy to manage for both the user and the administrator. The customer support was amazingly detailed and explanatory so i now feel like a professional using this software. Well done!
