No. Each license is valid for 1 user for 1 device. Each machine you have will require its own license.

Can I change from my introductory Microsoft 365s to Home and Student without having transfer problems. 365 is way to confusing for an old guy!
Before you install Microsoft Office 2021 you will want to uninstall Microsoft 365 from your computer. Any files or documents you have saved on your computer will still be accessbile once you install the new version.

A lot of my files were Microsoft Word and Excel 2003. Will I be able to use these files on the newer version of Microsoft Word and Excel?
Yes, you should be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel files created in an older version (such as Microsoft Word and Excel 2003) with the newer versions of Microsoft Word and Excel as Microsoft Office is designed to maintain backward compatibility. This includes Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Student.

Do you have this for a phone if you don’t have a computer?
Unfortunately, Microsoft Office 2021 is not compatible on mobile devices or tablets. The only compatible version for mobile devices and tablets will be Microsoft 365 products.
