Shipping & Delivery

Shipped items will be processed as soon as possible, and downloaded items will be sent to you via email (includes product key, download link and instructions) within 30 minutes to an hour during normal business hours (6 AM - 4 PM PST Monday - Friday).  If your order is purchased outside of these normal business hours, it may take up to 6 hours to process. Also note that some Microsoft Open License and Open Volume products can take up to 2 business days to deliver.  All prices exclude tax, postage, and packaging where applicable.

Returns & Replacements

Tech Supply Shop strives to provide our customers with superior assistance in regards to our return services. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, Tech Supply Shop will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on most new unopened items. If Tech Supply Shop discovers that it was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping for the incorrect or defective item. Customers shall expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original method of payment. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like to receive a replacement, Tech Supply Shop will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer using upgraded shipping. All return orders can be processed by logging into your techsupplyshop.com account and under the account menu you will find the "return item(s)" link. We will notify the customer by email once we've received and processed the item.

*Electronic delivery - Tech Supply Shop will send the product/license key through a manufacturer verification process in order to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Tech Supply Shop will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.

*Open License - Tech Supply Shop charges a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been fulfilled.

Price Quotes: Any Corporate/Government client may request a price quote. Using our online catalog, please list SKU, description, and quantity of each item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

While techsupplyshop.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Tech Supply Shop.com shall have the right, at techsupplyshop.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, techsupplyshop.com may, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

techsupplyshop.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. However, we strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with excellent values, every day.

Viewing Orders

All of your Order information can be changed from the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page. To get to the Tech Supply Shop My Order page, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to techsupplyshop.com.
  2. Choose >My Account
  3. Enter your Tech Supply Shop ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
  4. Choose  >View Order Status

Please note that download keys will not be viewable on the My Orders page.

To update your email address, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page, click the "Your Account Details" Link near the bottome of the My Account Page.
  2. Enter your new email address into the Email Address field.
  3. Click the "Update My Details" button.

Updating Account Information

All of your account information can be changed from the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page. To get to the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to techsupplyshop.com.
  2. Choose >log.
  3. Enter your Tech Supply Shop ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
  4. Choose  >Account Information

To update your email address, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page, click the Edit button to the right of your Tech Supply Shop ID.
  2. Enter your new email address into the Email Address field.
  3. Click the Save button.

To update your name, billing address, or payment information, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Tech Supply Shop Account Information page, click the Information button.
  2. Edit the information that you would like to change. 
  3. Click the Done button once you have updated all of your information.
