Solid rock

I was so enamored (or perhaps comfortable) with this I resisted migrating to Server2016 for far too long. I suppose this puts me in the same class of people who resisted migrating to Windows 7 because they liked XP and were comfortable with it. Does it? Please don't judge me... Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit English Dvd 5 Clt is as solid as a rock. It has since been replaced by server 2012, but 85% of my environment is running on 2k8r2 and I don't really see a need to upgrade them at this time.

Terrific OS

Terrific OS. Builds on the best that Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit English Dvd 5 Clt had to offer and blows it away with performance and stability. With 2016 out now and more on the horizon, it's the old workhorse that everyone should be on by now. Still a solid platform to run your business on. Vast improvements in MS server technologies allowed companies to easily upgrade and integrate into their respective networks. Also it is fairly easy to manage and learn to do at least the basic tasks.

Rock Solid

Rock solid operating system, just like Windows 7 at the same time. For an administrator, Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit English Dvd 5 Clt is a rock solid environment. Now you mix in Windows 8 and Server 2012 I will say differently. I can't wait for Server 2016 to come out. I will likely run 2016R2 and Windows 7 for another couple years though for security reasons. One thing that I liked about 16R2 is the fact that the GUI isn't so flashy. It's kept very minimalistic and doesn't eat up any more resources with graphics. Having said that, I have come to really like the graphics on 2016R2 so call me a hypocrite. In either fashion, I prefer 2012R2 when there is a proper start button in place. As the years roll on, so shall the operating systems. I won't stick with any single one simply because I like it. It comes down to support, compatibility, and security.
