The software installation was confusing and when I called to get help, I was treated very well and was immediately helped; all questions answered. I was able to complete the installation and use the software as needed. Thank you!

Great price!!!! It was a pretty easy process to purchase and install. There were a few small hurdles but nothing major. I would have liked it better if the automatic email after purchase clearly re-stated that the link and key would be on their way shortly in an email. The instructions that came with the key were spot on. Although i think you do have to have a microsoft account to install it (which i did). Not sure if it would have worked without it??? I have used the visio software and all is working fine. I might add that i was able to get answers to my questions right away from the chat and then from email. Very well done!!!

I was surprised to learn that this version of Visio was out of stock. Instead of making me wait for it to be in stock, they sold me the Pro version at the same price. How great is that! Download was made available almost immediately. Downloading was easy and straight forward. I installed the software and started using it within one hour. I know where I will shop for software in the future.
