Very fast Download

It was very easy and fast download. No problem with it at all. You can start using it right away. Great product. Needed this to be able to install on my laptop as well as desktop computer.
The goal is to remain current with what my grandchildren are using in school to be able to mentor them. This software works as advertised. Clean install into my system(Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3), no problems with it at all. I am thankful, as other software sometimes is not as cooperative!

powerpoint 10

I had worked for some time creating presentations and digital videos with Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 as a key tool in that process, and was profoundly disappointed when after a hard drive crash I picked up a MS SharePoint 2007 version of PowerPoint and found it woefully lacking the features I needed to do my work. I didn't hesitate to purchase Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 in CD form to ensure I will retain this program regardless of any future computer problems or "cloud" connectivity issues. Thank you My Chocie software

Great Software, just in the middle

Powerpoint 2010 is quite advanced with better features and effects than 2007 (and pretty much destroys 2003 presentations). I am not sure if you want to spend the money just to get some nifty functions that 2007 lacks, but for those who with 2003 or without any kind of Powerpoint, act now. What makes 2010 so great? It now includes a background remover that is simpler to operate then Photoshop and makes presentations look much better. I struggled with backgrounds for years, they always ruined good pictures and made my presentations dorky. Now the problem is solved in a much better way then I imagined. 2010 also has some better picture effects that make clumbsy old 2003's limited effects and 3D really sad. The animation set up has changed as well, it may be a bit odd at first but it is easy to adjust to. While 2010 did save my life because of the BG remover and advanced effects, it really did not change from 2007 much except for the animation interface and a few more animations. However, if you have 2003 you might as well upgrade. Powerpoint 2003's interface is very outdated, the animations are basic, and the effects are limited (plus no background remover), and if you don't have Powerpoint you missing out on an easy to use slide show creator that can become extremely advanced with practice.
