Skype for Business PSTN Domestic Calling (Government Pricing)PSTN Domestic Calling enables users with the license assigned to them to call out to numbers located in the country to which they are assigned in Office 365. PSTN Domestic and International Calling enables users with the license assigned to them to call out to numbers located in the country to which they are assigned in Office 365, and to numbers in 196 countries worldwide (see table below). For each plan, there is a cap on the maximum number of minutes allowed per user, per calendar month during the subscription term. The standard minute caps for PSTN Calling are as follows:

PSTN Domestic Calling: 3000 domestic calling minutes per user per month, combining both inbound and outbound calling minutes.

PSTN Domestic and International Calling: 3000 domestic calling minutes or 600 international calling minutes (whichever cap is reached first) per user per month.
