We are extremely happy with the PC. The price point was excellent and made a wonderful Christmas gift. Works perfectly for an entry level user.

The system arrived and was as advertised! The price was awesome and everything runs perfectly! There are only two suggestions I would make to take this rating to 5 stars PLUS. One - better communication on the front end as to the timing of shipping. Two-offer the customer an upgrade to a larger hard drive since this system only came with an 80G hard drive. I had to wait for a new 500G hard drive to arrive from Dell before I could get the system up and running.

I bought computer and MS Office. Computer came stacked in box, nothing broke, but no instruction book, which really would be helpful. I have not got it together yet, but it is working. I bought it with MS Office, which I have yet to receive.

Computer exactly as described. A great value, basically you get the whole computer, OS, Office 2010, 17" monitor, KB and Mouse for less than buying MS Office alone.
What a deal!
The computer worked right out of the box and even came with a disk to install Office, which went without a hitch.
Not a rocket sled on rails, but way more than adequate for office use.

The computer is exactly as described. Clean and looked brand new. Windows 10 installed fine.

This is a nice package and everything you expect for a base model computer. It should be noted that this sale is in USD, which was not indicated anywhere! I did not find out about the price until I saw my credit card bill.
