using since 2013

We are using Veeam Backup Essentials Enterprise 2 socket bundle for Hyper-V since 2013 and we gone through few versions of Veeam. Since version 9 it's very stable, quick and since last configuration I didn't get any backup error in the last 5 months (have over 130 VMs, 7 VMWare hosts, many SQL servers). I am using Endpoint backup too and this one is perfect. very good integration with VMware, easy to configure, sure backup, easy updates on all proxies from single console

Saved a bacon of occasions

Veeam Backup Essentials Enterprise 2 socket bundle for Hyper-V saved the bacon on a couple of occasions! Simple to use and set up, and easy to restore data. We wouldn't be without it! Easy to restore, can restore AD and Exchange object as well as Files and can restore an entire VM if necessary. I really like the ability to turn on a VM from my backup storage while it restores, integrates well with Exagrid deduplication appliances we already have. Fast consistent backups, good dedupe ratios.

Veeam Backup Essentials Enterprise 2 socket bundle for Hyper-V

Veeam Backup Essentials Enterprise 2 socket bundle for Hyper-V is a solid product that just works. I've been using this since version 6 and it has never missed a beat. It is feature packed and can help you to design a sound backup & DR solution. I had just set up a new backup server & was using the free trial, when disaster struck. Fortunately, I had decided to test the reliability of their product by doing a backup & test restore of my domain controllers. I had set up the backups, but hadn't had time to do a test restore before everything came crashing down. The short story is that it worked beautifully! I was able to restore that DC to a temporary HyperV host server and get my network back up. Bacon saved! ...and with the free trial version no less.
