Makes managing your virtual world very satisfying. Easy to get to grips with but I still have plenty to discover. Nice to navigate and full of all the important info you need to find. Best in the business. Impossible to think we survived without it!!! It's a little on the pricey side but if your a small to mid sized business the ESXi version is free!! Its very easy to get started and management for the most part is simple. Troubleshooting VMware issues takes a little knowledge and skill but you can attain that over time and with training.

VmwareVsphere 5 Essentials Plus Kit Production Support Subscription 1 Year is very easy to navigate. Makes administration easy. Great product. The interface is very user friendly and I like being able to connect to multiple hosts. It's fairly slow to start up, and can be irritating to find what you want. First time I tried to add a user through this took me almost 10 minutes of digging to find the right options. I've had some really strange issues with this and ESXi, but I attribute them primarily to bad environments, rather than the software itself. I really have no proof of vSphere being anything except really good.

Easy to get started, yet can take years to master with all the bells and whistles available. By far the most powerful and manageable virtualization system out there. Love it. Use it daily to create and manage VM servers. The power it has still hasn't been harnessed by me yet though. The manual I purchased for it is around 1000 pages.
