We have about 20 hosts connected, making a cluster with vCenter's help. This provides great flexibility in the environment with the number of features like vMotion, DRS, host affinity rules, snapshots etc. Managing our virtual environment at four different physical locations. Benefits are time saving (versus manual management), feature richness, plugins from the different vendors (storage, backups etc.)

Like the idea of web gui, and being able to manage it from any browser on any platform.. In the beginning the GUI was slow and unresponsive. This has changed now, there are still few issues that hang the browser and need refresh. Integrates well with hybrid cloud connector and all versions of ESXis on the network.
