Love how much you can do with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single Device CAL - Open Government

Love how much you can do with PowerShell on this OS. I'm looking forward to never having to RDP to a server again. The Linux guy across the cube farm from me says MS is ripping off all the Linux shell type stuff and I think it's glorious. Easiest remote management in Windows server yet. Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single Device CAL - Open Government is definitely an incremental improvement over 2008 but the biggest changes are the increased interoperability between Active Directory and the windows 10 ecosystem. The removal of most update control from the user end puts an increased importance of effective management at the administrative level. Other changes like faster link establishment and new tools for managing system images make a very solid entry in the series.

We have been waiting for this

Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single Device CAL - Open Government is what we in the IT Support field has been waiting for. It was designed with management in mind and makes it easy to maintain even the most complex of networks. I am really excited about this and I am hoping to upgrade our network the new Server 2016. Looks like I need to brush up on my PowerShell... Love how easy it was to setup and much easier to customize than its predecessors. I cannot wait until all our servers are running this.

I am excited!

I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to configure and deploy the credential guard and code integrity features of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Single Device CAL - Open Government. Having the ability prevent applications from installing and running using whitelisting is such a valuable tool against potential attacks. I installed this as the primary server in my lab environment. It can do everything I need currently from 2012 R2, but there's nothing new that I need now, so we don't plan to roll it out to production just yet. I am excited about Nano servers. It will be nice not to have to reboot quite as often, given such a small footprint.
