Work from anywhere

Work from anywhere, quickly set up projectors, printers, and networks. Automatic backups ensure your work is safe and secure wherever you are.

Highly compatible

Companies that have already deployed Windows Vista will find that Windows 7 is with existing hardware, software, and tools.

Enhanced security and control

Windows 7 Pro reduce the risk associated with data on lost PCs or external hard disk drives.

Manage risk through enhanced security and control

`Windows 7 Professional builds on the foundation of Windows Vista by adding more flexibility in securing PCs and data.

Encrypting File System

Protect your files from unwanted access by storing them on your hard disk in an encrypted format.

Businesses using Windows 7 can worry less about the loss of sensitive data because they can protect internal PC hard disks with BitLocker and use BitLocker To Go to encrypt external thumb drives and hard disks.

Enterprises that demand the highest levels of compliance can use AppLocker to dictate which applications are allowed to run on user PCs, providing yet another way to limit the risk of malicious software.

Multiple Active Firewall Profiles

Windows 7 supports multiple active firewall policies, which allows user PCs to obtain and apply domain firewall profile information regardless of other networks that may be active on the PC.

VPN Reconnect

While many organizations can use DirectAccess as their only way to connect remotely, some may still need to use VPN technology. By using Internet Key Exchange version 2 (IKEv2) technology to provide consistent VPN connectivity, it automatically reestablishes a VPN when users temporarily lose their Internet connections.

Protect Workers and Infrastructure

People who run unauthorized software often experience a higher incidence of malware infections and generate more help desk calls. We understand how difficult it can be for IT departments to make sure that user PCs are running only approved, licensed software. With Windows 7, you?ll get even greater control over which applications can run on PCs

Windows 7 Professional helps your people be productive no matter where they are or where the data they need resides.

More relevant search

Search results in Windows 7 are more relevant and simpler to understand, and workers can easily narrow down or expand the locations being searched. In Windows 7 Pro search is better integrated with enterprise infrastructures.

Folder Redirection and Offline Files

Any changes made to copies of files that are cached on a user?s computer are synchronized to the central server the next time that person connects to the corporate network.

Best PC entertainment experience

Watch, pause, and record live TV using Windows Media Center? Then take it with you on your laptop, phone, or portable media player. With Internet TV, youll have access to free shows from sources across the web.

Workers in branch offices with slow connections will be more productive because BranchCache in Windows 7 can increase the network responsiveness of centralized applications accessed from remote offices.

Windows Mobility Center

Keep presentations professional by turning off notifications and screen savers, and change your desktop background with just one click.

RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

With RemoteApp and Desktop Connections, you can enable a better remote experience while keeping costs in check and maintaining security and control.

Improved Roaming User Profiles

Windows 7 makes Roaming User Profiles more useful and reliable because you can now automatically synchronize user settings with the data server while workers are still logged on, rather than waiting until after they log off

Streamlined User Account Control

We?ve reduced the number of operating system applications and tasks that require elevation, so standard users can do more than before while experiencing fewer elevation prompts.

Compatibility: According to some data Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit w/SP1 License & Media supports up to 80,000 compatible connectivity devices which means that you have a 90% chance of finding a device that can connect to it, in Windows Vista this issue of compatibility was a pain of head for the Pcs sellers. Some of the features of Windows 7 pro can be improvements in handwriting recognition, support for virtual hard drives, improved performance in multi-core processors, better boot performance and some advantages and disadvantages are that there are users who decide to continue with the old one Xp version, others take advantage of the news of the stormy Vista.

    I like Windows 7 pro

I like Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit w/SP1 License & Media since it is a wonderful software with a great capacity for compatibility with corporate programs and software, the big developers are based on the launch of their products based on the kernel of this, among its features I can mention that it has a striking and user-friendly graphic design for the common user, also allows me to customize the computer through widely configurable themes presents improvements in the overall performance of the operating system; Windows allows applications that are only allowed by the system administrator which gives me more control, for example in a corporate environment this can be done at home depending on user credentials. I prefer to use a Mac or Linux machine as I feel like I have more control over the system than I do with windows. I sometimes feel like the things I want to do are buried so far under the UI in Windows that I can't get to them. (Using a Command Window helps sometimes.) When I'm using a Mac or Linux I feel like I can sudo my way anywhere I want. I also worry about security vulnerabilities when viruses and things are going around.

The security and reliability has improved immensely. It is much more stable that Windows XP. The Internet Explorer- IE8 is so much better than IE7. There are fewer problems on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Not many might know this, but the interface on Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit w/SP1 License & Media pro is much better- Aero glass/aero peek and aero shake. All in all, it is quite the upgrade from Windows XP. I am a very happy user! I definitely recommend Windows 7 to anyone seeking an operating system that is easy, user-friendly. You will definitely not be disappointed.
