I like Microsoft Project Professional 2019 Open Academic because it offers the possibility of managing all the activities that make up a process of project execution. and its very helpfull for my work Simplifies project and resource portfolio management with Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management . Integrated planning tools help you keep track of projects and keep you organized.It is a tool that helps us to make decisions in a timely manner because it allows us to develop and design projects in the company with their respective allocation of resources. It should be noted that it has functions to monitor the physical and financial progress of the company, administrative budget design and workload analysis. it is a useful tool, if you want to carry out in detail each one of the tasks executed for the fulfillment of the objectives established in the industrial complex. It is a program that allows to assist the people who make the decision, in the process of project development, programs, plans, allocation of resources to tasks, monitoring progress, managing the budget and analyzing data from the industrial complex .

Microsoft Project Professional 2019 Open Academic is easy to organize create and maintain the portfolio of projects of the company, managing the problems, risks and having a site in sharepoint for each project where you can customize with webpart to bring the documentation of the project in an orderly manner. share and collaborate in large work teams that interact with the same project so that everyone updates only the tasks assigned and having a better control of the activities carried out, available resources and deviations from the project

Works as intended

Microsoft Project Professional 2019 Open Academic works as intended, powerful enough to do almost anything yet easy enough to set up small projects on the fly. Easy to import and export data to other Microsoft or non microsoft packages as needed. Has the ability to integrate with tools such as Onepager making it more powerful than the isolated product alone. Track projects on a task level basis. We have done resource management at times however works best on projects with fully dedicated resources, hard to use when using variable shared resources. Tracking projects with the software allows for real time what if scenarios in terms of task delay, task pullin, adding resources to reduce duration based on LOE etc with almost no major effort.
