It's very easy to move emails and reply which is great compared to other email applications.

I think Google would be willing to give information right up while Microsoft will keep your privacy. Everything seems to run very smooth. I get my emails in an uncorrupted and fairly timely manner. It is also rather intuitive and easy to use. I love that I can create a folder for every job we are working and keep any and all email correspondence related to said job in said folder. Makes finding an older email for reference much easier than aol.
