For our organization, Microsoft Access 2019 Open License provides an inexpensive database option since it is included in our Microsoft suite of products. Once you learn how to use it or have someone create a database for you, it is fairly easy to track a lot of information and compile useful reports. Access allows us to track a significant amount of information about our clients and fairly easily put together reports based on this information.

Microsoft Access 2019 Open License is very simple to use, easy to add new names and edit the information under any of the people. It also holds a lot of information/contacts as we have added many names with all of their information into this app and it is not full. This application is a bit different form other microsoft applications but it works well when you are trying to organize alot of customer personal information. We are using this for all of our customers to organize their address and phone number and any work that has been done on their trailer in the past, it works well to have it on a computer instead of our old way of only having it on paper. It saves a lot of time searching for information.

I Loved The Ease of installation and comparability between the rest of the Microsoft family of products. Even first time users can reasonably navigate through the menus. As our university at the upper level of IT has bought a site license for the product, it doesn't cost us anything to use the product. Being able to access files online and offline. Also being able to access on many different devices such as my tablet, phone, work computer, and my personal computer. The premade templates are great. As someone who plans lots of events, I have used the events managing template a lot. Being able to share these documents with other committee members has been a breeze and has helped in the planning process. For personal use, the nutrition template has been very helpful as well. Overall, this is a great product and I haven't experienced any issues with the program!
