Great Security and integrity!

Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Standard - 1 User Client Access License w/ Software Assurance has provided us a great security and integrity improvement over our previous software database. We were desperated with DBase constant corruptions. It's been 6 years since we adopted SQL server and never ever had an issue with data. Nothing. Performance is amazing even with huge databases. It's worth the price. Though, the 2017 user license SQL Standard is not easy to mannage. Not multiplatform. We bought SQL server because we were "forced" to work in Microsoft ecosystem, and that forced us to pay for Windows licenses, backup software, a more expensive server... We did not like that. We use other database systems like MySQL server or Maria DB with the same good results (and a little more freedom).

Far Superiour!

The management studio program is extremely comprehensive, and very powerful. Once you've got your head round it, managing databases and queries is a very smooth process. I love that I can log in from any device since this is per user and not per device! I feel Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Standard - 1 User Client Access License w/ Software Assurance
is far superior to other platforms I have worked with. The products we develop have much more flexibility and functionality than previous ones.

easy to install and set up with Tech Supply Shop guidance

I watched a more advanced user teach a group of us how to use this and it seemed simple enough. Great to create custom forms for your company, ie: invoices, order entry forms, etc. A big difference from using standard crystal reports. Loging in from any computer is just the best! loving the user license, hating the device license! Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Standard - 1 User Client Access License w/ Software Assurance is easy to install and can be templates for consistent deployment throughout an organization. It is stable and well maintained with frequent patches.
