Entire Organization

Exchange is used our entire organization. We do have 2 branches, one in Seattle, WA and the other in Kansas City, MO, as well as a few employees who work onsite in a variety of states. Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Standard - Server License & SA Open Gov is used to communicate with these employees all at once to make sure everyone receives the same information without having to call or spend money mailing various literature. Purchasing Exchange is much more cost effect than developing our own in house Exchange. Even when we were an office of 10, it is not something that we considered.

Wonderfully Helpful

Every office I have worked for over the past 10 years has used some form of Microsoft Exchange. I think the main reason these companies went with Exchange is that it comes with the Microsoft package and is installed on our computers for us by our IT firms. We also use Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Standard - Server License & SA Open Gov for scheduling purposes within Outlook and for keeping track of contacts using Exchange ActiveSync. We recently also began using the built-in Exchange archiving feature, which has worked wonderfully at helping some of our users keep a better handle on their mailbox sizes.

I personally Love the Emails

I personally love that the email files you can create to organize your emails with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Standard - Server License & SA Open Gov. I am balancing several different functions so it necessary to be able to quickly access and locate emails. We use group emails the most. It is a great tool to have for our project managers. When you have larger projects with several different consultants and team members, it is easier to create a contact list of all those involved than to remember each persons email ever time you need to send something out.
