Full support for Microsoft technology with excel in security made our organisation more secure. We are exploring use of different API and plug-in (s) to enhance usage of the tools. Not much a technical challenges but more of a business challenge was faced. More time required in planning the Business continuity and Disaster recovery and business commitment to implement these solution.

Vmware support seems to be lacking these days. Support tickets are often a process of gathering logs and waiting for the engineer to escalate, often taking weeks to respond. They are lucky Tech Supply Shop was there when I really needed support.I recommend Vmware Vcenter Site Recovery Manager 6 Enterprise 25 Vm Pack for those who are good networking and virtualisation knowledge. I would not recommend implementing this or putting into production without working with an experienced engineer.

We had a fairly smooth implementation on this very simple and striaghtforward product. The technology is sound, and we've tested it a few times over the last three years. There have been a number of issues with database corruption and having to manually rebuild databases.
