Easy to use

I like that you can upload a database, then immediately start querying the data or altering if needed. There is no waiting afterwards. Our customer at my job have databases that we don't really query on to reduce usage or traffic. So we make backups and upload on our person computers that way we can hit it hard and not have to worry about the customer seeing any issues or if we accidentally mess up, it doesn't shut them down instantly. Once you get used to using select statements, joins, and looking at store procedures, SQL 2017 Server standard 10+ users is is pretty easy to use.

Convenient

Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Standard + 10 User CAL Instant License is a great platform to begin with fundamentals of data storage and analysis. The queries are easy to run and it is pretty convenient to make new servers. The best thing is that queries can be run even if the database is not connected to the server. SQL Server, as the administrator of the database, provides all the necessary features to carry out a large project. I worked on interesting projects with this software, what stands out most is security, it provides an excellent security mechanism and data backup.

Very reliable but had some issues

Since We've been using it, Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Standard + 10 User CAL Instant License is very reliable, stable, and good performance, and Manage administrative tasks like Backup and Maintenance tasks is very easy with SQL Software. We have to be carefully if new versions release do not support our app. Pricing of Microsoft products sometimes are expensive. Another thing I've had problems is with Transaction Logs backup, that shows errors without any logical reason.
